Process
From the first message to euros paid out
The process is identical on all four routes and differs only in the last step: how you get the euros.
We don't publish the rate on the site — it changes during the day. The bot gives you the current figure, fee included, before you confirm your request.

Step 1. Your request in the Telegram bot
A request needs three things: the route (USDT or rubles), the amount, and how you want the euros: cash, account or invoice. If you send USDT, name the network: it decides what the blockchain charges for the transfer.
There is no sign-up, no customer area and no forms on the site. All talk about a deal happens in one place, the bot.

Step 2. The rate calculated and fixed
The bot sends a rate for your amount and route. Our fee is already inside it, nothing gets added at the end. The one outside cost is the network charge for moving USDT, and you pay that to the network, not to us.
Once you confirm, the rate is locked for the deal for a limited time. If the pause drags on, the bot requotes at the current figure: an ordinary new quote, not a penalty.

Step 3. Sending USDT or rubles
The details come through the bot for your deal. Take them from the fresh chat, not an old one: addresses and details do not last forever.
Send USDT strictly in the network agreed: a blockchain transfer cannot be recalled once it is out. Rubles go by card transfer or through SBP, to the details from the bot. Say so in the chat once sent, and the payment gets matched faster.

Step 4. Getting the euros
In cash
A courier brings the euros around Valencia and nearby at the time agreed. Discuss the date early, because the sum is prepared for your deal. Euro cash for USDT · Rubles into euros.
By SEPA transfer
The euros go out to your IBAN, no meeting needed. From you: account number and holder's name. A SEPA payout for USDT.
By invoice
For companies and autónomos, when the money must reach a business account with a document behind the deal. Settling by invoice.

We publish no ceiling: large sums are agreed in advance so the payout can be prepared.

What we do not do
- We do not publish the rate on the site. It moves during the day; the current figure is only in the bot.
- We do not work with other cryptocurrencies. From crypto, USDT only, plus non-cash rubles.
- We do not run deals outside the bot. Request, rate, details and payout arrangement all live there.
- We do not set a meeting before the amount and the rate are agreed.
